"After receiving the affidavit, police would have to verify its author is the property owner and proceed with removing the unwanted occupant.

Democrats argued the bill's powers could be used by domestic abusers to exert economic control over victims"

 @PacifistBrooklynForward from Florida disagreed…1wk1W

Wouldn’t it be easy to just amend the legislation to define what qualifies as a squatter???

Of course she does! For the bought-and-paid-for liberals, it's all about protecting the illegal immigrants (non-Americans) as much as they possibly can, at the expense of Americans. Media is probably covering this up in AZ to protect her with the misinformed voters there.

She didn’t even campaign. When approached at a fast food restaurant for an interview she literally ran away. She was installed not elected. This is how the democrats win elections outside of their power base.

If a law makes it easier for homeowners to evict squatters, could that lead to potential abuse of power against innocent tenants?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…1wk1W

Do you believe it's fair to immediately evict someone from a property they are unlawfully occupying, or should they be granted a grace period?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…1wk1W

How would you feel if someone took over your home without permission, but the law made it difficult for you to remove them quickly?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…1wk1W

Should the fear of unintended consequences, like affecting victims of domestic violence, prevent the passing of laws aimed at combating squatting?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…1wk1W

How important is it to balance the rights of homeowners with the need to protect individuals who might be wrongfully accused of squatting?

I really do wish the AZ GOP would try to write bills that make Arizona residents healthier and stronger and stop concentrating on ways to go after poor and disenfranchised people in general. Would probably get more bills signed and we all would be better off for it.

Deliver a bus load of illegals to her front door, at about 2 a.m. Give them invitations to show her that state they are welcome to reside with the governor while she looks for permanent housing, transportation, and employment for them.

Well, if she let it pass, the cops would be coming for her because she is squatting the Governor House.
